GOOD WIN TO THIRDS
The Glenorchy boys took on Clarence at K.G.V.We lost the toss and were sent in to bat. After losing a couple of early wickets it was up to Corey Whitbread and Trent LeRossignol (coming back from injury) to steady the ship with a good partnership of 73, with Whitbreads outstanding 46 and LeRossignol 28.With some good contributions down the order mainly Woodsy's 35 we ended up with a pretty competetive score of 171.
We took to the field needing to bowl Clarence out with Orthy and Faltusz opening the bowling and ripping through their top order.
Kevin Johnson bowling an outstanding spell of off spin bowling we ripped Clarence out for 97.
Well done boys on the effort in the field with Jake Cox outstanding, our best effort of the year so far.
