We lost outright to Kingborough by an innings and 57 runs. We batted first on a difficult wicket and only made 100. Tim Spotswood top scored with 29 and Braden Howlett batted well for 17.
In reply Kingborough made 7 declared for 248. Tom Coates bowled well for 4/52 and Tim Spotswood and Jaydon Wylie also bowled well whilst keeping the runs down with 2/39 of 18 and 0/25 of 15 respectively.
In our second innings we were batting to avoid an outright defeat. We didn’t manage to do this but on a wicket keeping very low we made a good effort of it. Tim Spotswood once again top scored with 25 Jaydon Wylie also batted very well for 17.
