Emmerson Rodwell Medal Count

Glenorchy's award recipients from left; Nathan Butterworth, Thomas Coates and Trent LeRossignol
Although the club collected no major silverware this season, the club fared the best it has in recent season's at this year's Emmerson Rodwell Medal Count.
Ten representatives from the club, including our award winners were in attendance and although we were small in numbers the was plenty to be cheered about.
Nathan Butterworth took out the First Grade Bowling Aggregate from Trent LeRossignol and both were named in the TCA team of the year alongside the likes of this year's medallist for a record equalling 5th time Adam Polkinghorne, Michael DiVenuto and Michael Dighton.
But the pint-sized Thomas Coates was the star of the night at the Glenorchy table, he took home the Under 17 Best player award, and as if that was not enough he backed up to win the multi- grade player award too.
Congratualtions to Nathan, Trent and Thomas on your individual recognitions, your great seasons makes these awards very much deserved.
And for the record, it was club president Brett Smith's 19th straight dinner he has attended and he was the last to leave Bellerieve (again) only because they had ran out of alcohol thanks to him (again).
