Glenorchy and Tasmanian star Brett Geeves has been called into the Australian Test squad to cover for injured Dougy Bollinger for the second test in South Africa.
It is a great reward for Brett, who nearly bowled Tassie to an unlikely win with 6/ 47 in the second innings against top of the table Victoria in the Sheffield Shield match that recently finished at Bellerieve Oval.
Brett must be some sort of chance of making his debut and becoming Australia's 410th and Glenorchy's 1st Test player when the second test begins on Thursday at 7pm Tasmanian time.
We wish Brett all the best, we know he is going to do all of Glenorchy very proud.
